The request form collects your name, phone, email, vehicle, visit preferences and description of the need. Technical information, including the IP address, may also be processed for security and abuse prevention.

To receive and review your request, display its confirmation on screen, contact you to agree on a date and time, maintain the vehicle service file and protect the form against abuse. We do not sell or rent your information.

We retain information as needed to follow up on the request, maintain the service file and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record. Once those purposes are fulfilled, the information must be securely destroyed or anonymized. You may contact the person responsible to ask which criteria apply to your record. If a provider were to process information outside Québec, the applicable protections would have to be assessed before disclosure.
